Our Comenius.

When you begin to organize a Comenius partnership for the first time it's impossible to imagine the impact this type of programme can have in the lifes of students and teachers in a school. We can say that everything deserves in despite of the effort and the lots of hours everyone of us has spent working and preparing everything in order to fullfill the targets that one day we had in our minds.

So, in this section of the website we'll try to explain the contents you can find in it and the motivations to begin this project. You must know 5 keys points.

 

1.- Our Comenius is compound by 6 schools coming from 6 countries (Italy, Türkiye, France, Greece, Romania and Spain). From the beginning the 3 important targets in the project were: Knowing and showing traditions and culture countries participating in the project, improving english, using gastronomy as educational resource, 

 

2.- According to our initial form we stablish 4 lines of work. This lines are the relation we found between gastronomy and topic useful in our teaching. 

- Education line, students and teachers from every country participating in the project have posted articles and activities they have used in their classes with their students to teach their subjects.

- Solidary line students and teachers from every country participating in the project have posted activities they have done related to gastronomy in order to being better person and being a helpful person. 

- Tourism line students and teachers from every country participating in the project have posted recipes, videos in order to show the gastronomical culture and traditions tipical from every country.

- Healthy line. students and teachers from every country participating in the project have posted articles to promote healthy lifestyle habits.

 

3.- But also, one of the targets in our Comenius was to prepare a gastromical trivial with questions relationing gastronomy with cinema, literature, art and history from every country. And of course,  to prepare this trivial it was necessary to prepare a gastronomical wiki with the topic we mentioned before. This wiki was used to get the questions for the Trivial.

 

4.- Apart of that, in order to contain the information written by every student and teacher from every country we used our Comenius blog

(http://gastroeurope.blogspot.com ) and in order to organize the information from the blog and present this in an attractive way we designed this website.

 

5.- And finally, Having into account we were participating in a Comenius, we applied for CIPM (Comenius Individual Pupil Mobility), in spanish MAC in order to get a higher benefit of being participating in this project. So three spanish students and four french students spent 3 months in a different school.
